Her Story

A village girl from the Philippines, by heart.

Dr Ilizah's relationship with financial markets did not begin with forex. She started trading Philippine stocks in 2016, while pursuing her master's degree, long before crypto, before Gold, before Singapore. Business ran in the family; both her parents and generations before her were entrepreneurs.

Before trading took over, she worked as a Customer Relations Manager at a business consultancy and law firm in Cebu City. It was demanding, unglamorous work, the kind that teaches discipline long before it teaches profit.

Her Intelligence

An academic before she was a trader.

Where many retail traders concentrate purely on charts, Dr Ilizah's business and academic background shapes a different lens, one where fundamental analysis still matters, and every position is treated as a business decision, not a bet.

Her current work spans fund management, copy trading and trading-signal communities, built on the same foundation she studied for her doctorate: that durable performance comes from structure, not instinct. Earlier ventures, including Silvertrades Consultancy, TAP d2d Crypto Express and Queen's Revenge, reflect a wider philosophy: entrepreneurship isn't one company. It's a portfolio of income-generating assets built to last, ideally long enough to become generational.

Her Philosophy

Trade like a business, not a gamble.

To Dr Ilizah, gambling depends on luck. Trading depends on something she can teach, a repeatable system, tested and followed with discipline. This is the central philosophy behind Xovant Academy, and it did not come easily.

01

Repeatable Systems

A method that works the same way in the tenth trade as it did in the first.

02

Strategy

Every entry earns its place through a plan, not a feeling.

03

Risk Management

Protecting capital comes before growing it.

04

Calculated Position Sizing

Sizing a trade to the conviction and the risk, never to the emotion.

05

Discipline

Following the system when it's easy, and especially when it isn't.

06

Patience

Waiting for the setup, instead of forcing one into existence.

"Strict cut losses."
"No rushed entries."

Her early trading mistakes were emotional decisions and no exit strategy. That experience is exactly what shaped the discipline she teaches today.

The Woman Behind The Trader

Not "a rich female forex trader." Something with more depth.

There were years in her earlier career when she worked sixteen to twenty hours a day. There were rooms where she was underestimated simply for being a woman. She describes herself plainly: resilient, persistent, full of grit.

Her story was never about proving anyone wrong. It's about what that resilience built: discipline, competence and an independence that doesn't need an audience to be real.

Filipino Roots

Social media shows the travel. This is the contrast that matters.

Yes, there is international travel, European cities and comfortable dinners. But by her own words, she remains a village girl from the Philippines, by heart. She still enjoys street food. She can travel with nothing but a backpack. She's drawn to discovering cultures and cuisines, not chasing luxury for its own sake.

Trading and business didn't make her rich for the sake of it. They gave her the freedom to experience more of life.

A Philosophy From Home

Skill, patience and consistency, not perfection.

One Cebuano philosophy shapes how Dr Ilizah trades, builds and lives: it is alright to earn small, as long as it is consistent. Trading was never about chasing the perfect trade. Longevity comes from showing up the same disciplined way, trade after trade, year after year.

"Bahalag ginagmay basta kanunay."

It is alright to earn small, as long as it is consistent.

Why Xovant Academy Exists

Not another forex signal channel.

Xovant is part of a larger ambition: to help people understand money, rather than spend their lives feeling controlled by it. That mission is rooted in the Philippines, in Filipino children who still walk kilometres to school, and the belief that poverty isn't solved by money alone. It takes education, and it takes something built to last.

Financial Education

Understanding markets and money as a discipline, not a secret only insiders know.

Trading Knowledge

Systems and reasoning that outlast any single trade or market cycle.

Self-Discipline

The trait every principle above depends on to actually work.

Sustainable Wealth Building

Built like a business, for years, not for a single winning week.

Freedom

Not the freedom to flaunt. The freedom to actually live.

Community

An academy and a movement, built around financial capability.

Beyond The Markets
Learn how money works, so you can have more freedom to actually live.

Faith. Honouring parents. Healthy relationships. Health. Family. Experiences. Living intentionally. Money is only one part of the picture, and Memento Mori, remember you must die, is a philosophy Dr Ilizah returns to often.
